Foster Youth Becomes Student Body President

"College is expensive, and costs have gone up -- as much as 8 percent a year -- while we've suffered through a bad economy. According to the College Board, the average total cost for a student in the U.S. to attend a four-year, in-state public school in 2012/13 was $22,261.
